Nor are we responsible for flowers or live vessels expiring due to a lack of proper care. Cut flowers are perishable from the moment they are cut from the living plant and are subject to variable conditions such as weather, room temperature, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. Acceptance of our products at the time of delivery is considered proof of good health and survivability. Customer agrees as a condition of purchase that there is no basis for any legal action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim, or demand against The Rooted Nest, LLC, its affiliates, and agents arising out of any such damage to any person or floral arrangement.
